Although I usualy go by Jane, or Janie, my complete name is Claire Delilah Jane Black.
Each of these names represents an aspect of my personality. When I am feeling a bit more serious or sophisticated, I tend to prefer Claire, and when I am at my raunchiest, Delilah comes out.
But usually, I’m just Jane. Plain, sweet, fun, down-to-earth Jane. At least that’s the way I like to think of myself.

I can relate to the multiple name syndrome. Had it in my male name (and originally added my mom’s middle name, Lorraine, as my own when I first got asked back at Fan Fair 83). Since then, I took the first and second male names and morphed those a little in order to keep all the initials (plus).
Thus: Maura Simmi Vanessa Lorraine Edwards Foster. A mouthful.
Other than responding about Vanessa Lorraine, I haven’t really used the others though.
sorry Jane, I had you down as Claire earlier ~ you have to say it is an easy mistake to make!!

I’m happy to be called Claire. It’s not a mistake. It’s my first name, after all. By all means use it.
